Fully automatic auger screw system packaging & filling machines can fill all kinds of Non Free Flowing Powders like spices, coffee, cream, milk powder, starch, pepper, chilli powder, additives, cocoa, powdered sugar, coconut, vanilla, mint, cumin, carbonate, powder pesticides, cement, plaster. Filling these dusty products and fine granular powder products such as chemicals by using the precision & affect of the auger screw.

Product weight is adjusted by controlling the number of rotations of the auger screws. The filling tube is used when filling different weights. The forming tube is used in different packet diameters which will also determine the width of the packet.

The automatic filling of products to the machines hopper is achieved by screw conveyor feeder that works in coordination with the machine and sensors in the hopper. For example when the product inside the machines hopper is full and reaches a certain level, the equiped sensors will send a signal to the automatic feeder and commands the feeder to stop the automatic feeding, once the product falls below the adjusted level the machine sends the signal back to the feeder and commands the feeder to start to feeding again. Automatic filling is an automated system which works completely independent and requires no help from the workers.
