Machine Description
Single Sachet Wet Wipes Machine is used to produce single used wet wipes that are packed into a 4 side sealed sachet. It does the work of folding, cutting, bag-forming, water-adding, slicing, code-printing and counting. Fully 304 stainless steel body. PLC based with a touch screen this wet wipes machine is very simple to operate and simple to set up . The sachet sizes can range between 60mm x 80mm, up to 120mm x 150mm, with speeds up to 120 sachets per minute from a flat roll of film. There is a liquid injection system that can put up to 15cc of liquid in each sachet. Also, in this machine there is additional / seperate liquid filling head.

The biggest advantage of our TP WL-001 model is that it is very flexible in terms of changing the width of the sachets. By using FESTO pneumatic parts and the liquid filling system controlled by KOLL MORGEN servo motors, it is very efficient in terms of filling in milligrams. Therefore the error of margin within the filling process is reduced to the minimum.
